Our Policy

Applies to Mars Pink Nails, Mars Pink Styles, & Mars Pink Events Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments or event dates. Deposits are applied toward your balance, and bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Reschedules are allowed once with notice; further changes may require a new deposit. Payments: Final balances are due at the time of service for Nails & Styles, and 7 days before the event date for Events. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, Card (paid via website). Travel fees are added to final invoices. Travel & On-Site Services: A $20 travel fee applies for mobile nail services or event setups outside the base service area. Extra fees may apply for extended travel distances, parking, or tolls. Late Arrivals: A 10- minute grace period is allowed. After that, services may be shortened or rescheduled at the provider's discretion. For events, setup time is critical - late access to venues may limit what can be completed within your contracted time. Service Refusal & Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if a client's behavior is inappropriate. For nail services, clients must arrive with clean, healthy nails free of infections. Styling and events require client participation in fittings, walkthroughs, or planning meetings for best results. Liability Disclaimer: Mars Pink Studios is not liable for outcomes related to: pre-existing nail conditions, allergic reactions, or aftercare; wardrobe fit, returns, or exchanges not managed by us; or vendor/venue performance, restrictions, or third-party services related to Mars Pink Events. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, honoring timelines, and following aftercare or event guidelines provided. Photography & Marketing: We may capture photos/videos of completed services, styled looks, or event setups for marketing & portfolio purposes. Clients may opt-out, with written notice prior to their service or event. Agreement to Policies: By booking with Mars Pink Studios, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
